In attention to all ours AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS, TOOLHUB® – TOOLRACK SL offers a return policy of any material that meets the following requirements:

  • The returned material must be in perfect condition for its subsequent sale, without having been used, in its original packaging and with the original documentation of it. Devolution will not be accepted if the material or its packaging has been used, manipulated and/or present any type of stain or damage.
  • The material must be sent by AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR by means of its transportation agency to our facilities (Toolhub®-Toolrack SL, C/ Santa Isabel Nave D5′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′
    • – Copy of the purchase invoice.
    • – B2.- Document of the AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR where the reason for the return is clearly indicated.
    • – B3.- Indicate clearly in the document (B2), the name and phone of the contact person.
  • The returned material must be included within the references of the current code at the time of return, regardless of the date of purchase.
  • In the event that the material is not included in the current catheter, the AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR will have a maximum return time DOS MESES to count from the day 1 of the month in which the current chapter has been published.
  • In any case, the costs of return of the material will be on account of the AUTHOR DISTRIBUIDER.
  • In the case where the return is for reasons of an imputable error to TOOLHUB® – TOOLRACK SL, the shipping costs of the material will be in our charge.
  • No material that has not been properly processed by a material will be accepted AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR. That is, the branch of return should not make it under any concept a third client.
  • To the reception of the returned material and if it meets all the conditions specified in the above points, it will be done by our Technical Service (Abonos y Garantías) to carry out the payment of the material received, by invoice or abon, taking into account the same price, discounts and payment form in which the product was purchased.
  • In the event that the material received as a return does not meet the requirements set forth in this policy, the material will be returned immediately, being in account of the AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR the costs of the return portions.
