Due to the high volume of shipping we generate, we get the best prices in the sector, without losing a high quality in the services provided by the transport agencies.

We then detail the selection criterion of transport agencies and our offer of free orders for orders above a certain amount, which will depend on the type of requested material and the Transport Company for which the shipments are processed.

♪ At this time our company has agreement with the following transport companies, depending on the type of material, the weight and the target area:

If your company has agreement with any company other than those previously related, they can request collections of your material, bearing in mind that:

  • When making your orders, you must tell us that you will request the collection with your transport company, and also tell us which agency will withdraw your business.
  • The carrier who removes the merchanics must provide proof or withdrawal, including the date and company that requests the withdrawal (or in its default final recipient)
  • Toolrack SL will not deliver any material to any carrier if some of the above two conditions are not met. (1,2), without express authorization from the Customer/Distributor by formal request to requests@toolhub.es
  • Once conditions 1 and 2 are met, at the time when the machine is withdrawn by its transport, Toolrack SL is not held responsible for the possible orders and/or breakages of the material removed by its transport company, and any incidence, extravagation and/or breakage of that mercan, it should be processed and handled directly by the Customer.

(*2) Way for the whole pennant. For the Balearic Islands it will be free for purchases over 800âì. In this case, Toolrack SL â tease Toolhub®, reserves the right to choose the transportation agency you deem appropriate.

Important clarification: Toolrack SL â™a Toolhub®, you can determine if an order made with light material is processed through a Paletized transport agency, for reasons of weight of your own expedition or for sure that the machining arrives in a correct way.

Reception of the Mechanical by the Customer/Distributor: Once the Customer/Distributor receives the client, and before signing the conformity of the material received, please take into account the following observations:

– (a) The expedition has been received complete, all the packages have been delivered

(b) The expedition has not suffered any damage, all the lumps are apparently correct.

– In the event that some of the two conditions (a/b) are not met, please indicate in the reception room the reason for non-compliance, as clear and as possible, and report immediately of this situation, sending a copy of the bar signed with the observations, telephone and contact person, to info@toolhub.es for the processing of the corresponding incidence. (Legally there is a time limit of 24h to claim an incidence of this type).

– In the event that it is possible, review all the merchanics received before signing the proof of reception. If any anomaly is detected in the material received (falta and/or has suffered any reference), it must be recorded in the reception bar and the incidence must be handled according to the instructions of the previous point.
