In attention to all our Authorized Distributors, TOOLHUB® – TOOLRACK SL offers a guarantee policy of any material that meets the following requirements:

  • Toolhub® offers a period of warranty One yearfor all your products, except for the products of the consumable range. The period of Garantía will begin to count from the same day of the date of purchase and will be extended for a maximum period of time One year.
  • Only the material that I am in the period of guarantee will be covered. After the end of the period, the material received will be budgeted by our Technical Service and will only be repaired under the written acceptance of that budget by the AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR.
  • Within the warranty period, Toolhub covers any material defect and/or manufacture of its products and/or parts thereof, but will not cover wear for normal use, nor the damages produced by undue use and/or lack of basic maintenance of the product.
  • In any case, any material that requires a repair by our Technical Service, regardless of whether or not it is in the period of warranty, must be sent by the AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR under his means.
  • The costs of the return of the material, once received by our Technical Service, will be accounted for TOOLHUB® – TOOLRACK SL for all products that are in Garantía and that meet the conditions stated.
  • In the event that the material received for Garantía did not meet the requirements set out in this policy, the material would be returned immediately, taking into account the AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR the costs of the return portions.
  • All the material that requires an attention in Garantà a, must be sent by the AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR together with the following documentation:
    • – F1.- Copy of the purchase invoice.
    • – F2.- Document of the AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR in which the anomaly of the material is clearly indicated.
    • – F2.- Indicate clearly in the document (B2), the name and phone of the contact person.
  • The material must be sent by AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR in a packaging that meets the maximum possible requirements, in order that the material does not suffer any damage to the transport. TOOLHUB® – TOOLRACK SL you will not accept the entry of machining that arrives at our facilities whose packaging present bad conditions, incorrect manipulation and/or its provenance is doubtful.
  • TOOLHUB® – TOOLRACK SL will not accept any material that has been sent by the AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR a duet.
  • The technical attention on the part of our service will not have any cost of labor, or of parts, spare parts or others of any one, for all that material that I am within the period of Garantia.
  • No guarantee of any material that presents anomalies produced by a misuse, whether intentional or not, will be accepted. In this case, the material to be repaired will be budgeted and repaired under acceptance of that budget by the AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR.
  • Any material that is within the period and meets the requirements to meet the Warranty, will be repaired and returned within the fastest possible time and if it is not possible to repair it will be replaced by a new one of equal or similar characteristics, to the exception of those in which there was no stock, in which case the AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR You will have the option of requesting the material’s fertilization or waiting for us to have such material for your reposition.
