{"id":9663,"date":"2019-11-08T10:17:12","date_gmt":"2019-11-08T09:17:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/toolhub.es\/?page_id=9663"},"modified":"2024-12-26T11:54:39","modified_gmt":"2024-12-26T11:54:39","slug":"politica-de-garantia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/toolhub.es\/es\/politica-de-garantia\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00edtica de Garantia"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En atenci\u00f3n a todos nuestros Distribuidores Autorizados, <strong>TOOLHUB\u00ae &#8211; TOOLRACK SL<\/strong> ofrece una pol\u00edtica de garant\u00eda de cualquier material que cumpla los siguientes requisitos:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"line-height: 26px; margin-top: 5px; list-style: decimal-leading-zero; text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Toolhub\u00ae ofrece un periodo de Garant\u00eda de<strong> UN A\u00d1O<\/strong>, para todos sus productos, excepto para los productos de la gama consumible. El periodo de Garant\u00eda, empezar\u00e1 a contar desde el mismo d\u00eda de la fecha de compra y se extender\u00e1 por un plazo m\u00e1ximo de <strong>UN A\u00d1O.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">S\u00f3lo se atender\u00e1 todo aquel material que est\u00e9 dentro del periodo de garant\u00eda. Una vez terminado dicho periodo, el material recibido ser\u00e1 presupuestado por nuestro Servicio T\u00e9cnico y solo se reparar\u00e1 bajo la aceptaci\u00f3n por escrito de dicho presupuesto por parte del <strong>DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">Dentro del periodo de garant\u00eda, Toolhub cubre cualquier defecto de material y\/o fabricaci\u00f3n de sus productos y\/o piezas de los mismos, pero no cubrir\u00e1 el desgaste por uso normal, ni los da\u00f1os producidos por un uso indebido y\/o falta de mantenimiento b\u00e1sico del producto.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">En cualquier caso, todo el material que precise de una reparaci\u00f3n por parte de nuestro Servicio T\u00e9cnico independientemente de que est\u00e9 o no en el periodo de garant\u00eda, deber\u00e1 ser enviado por el <strong>DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO<\/strong> bajo sus medios.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">Los costes de env\u00edo de devoluci\u00f3n del material, una vez haya sido atendido por nuestro Servicio T\u00e9cnico, ser\u00e1n de cuenta de <strong>TOOLHUB\u00ae &#8211; TOOLRACK SL<\/strong> para todos los productos que est\u00e9n en Garant\u00eda y que cumplan las condiciones expuestas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">En caso de que el material recibido en concepto de Garant\u00eda no cumpliera las exigencias expuestas en esta pol\u00edtica, el material ser\u00eda devuelto de forma inmediata, siendo de cuenta del <strong>DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO<\/strong> los costes de los portes de devoluci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">Todo el material que precise de una atenci\u00f3n en Garant\u00eda, deber\u00e1 ser enviado por el <strong>DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO<\/strong> junto con la siguiente documentaci\u00f3n:\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">&#8211; F1.- Copia de la factura de compra.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">&#8211; F2.- Documento del<strong> DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO<\/strong> en el que se indique con claridad la anomal\u00eda del material.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">&#8211; F2.- Indicar claramente en el documento (B2), el nombre y el tel\u00e9fono de la persona de contacto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">El material deber\u00e1 ser enviado por el <strong>DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO<\/strong> en un embalaje que cumpla las m\u00e1ximas exigencias posibles, con el fin de que el material no sufra ning\u00fan percance en el transporte. <strong>TOOLHUB\u00ae &#8211; TOOLRACK SL<\/strong> no aceptar\u00e1 la entrada de mercanc\u00eda que llegue a nuestras instalaciones cuyo envoltorio presente malas condiciones, incorrecta manipulaci\u00f3n y\/o su procedencia sea dudosa.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10pxtext-align: left;\"><strong>TOOLHUB\u00ae &#8211; TOOLRACK SL<\/strong> no aceptar\u00e1 ning\u00fan material que haya sido enviado por el <strong>DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO<\/strong> a portes debidos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">La atenci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica por parte de nuestro servicio no tendr\u00e1 coste alguno de mano de obra, ni de piezas, repuestos u otros de cualquier \u00edndole para todo aquel material que est\u00e9 dentro del periodo de Garant\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">No se aceptar\u00e1 Garant\u00eda de ning\u00fan material que presente anomal\u00edas producida por un mal uso, sea este intencionado o no.
