{"id":9674,"date":"2019-11-08T11:01:08","date_gmt":"2019-11-08T10:01:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/toolhub.es\/?page_id=9674"},"modified":"2024-12-26T11:55:10","modified_gmt":"2024-12-26T11:55:10","slug":"politica-de-devoluciones","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/toolhub.es\/es\/politica-de-devoluciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00edtica de Devoluciones"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En atenci\u00f3n a todos nuestros <strong>DISTRIBUIDORES AUTORIZADOS, TOOLHUB\u00ae &#8211; TOOLRACK SL <\/strong>ofrece una pol\u00edtica de devoluciones de cualquier material que cumpla los siguientes requisitos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">El material devuelto deber\u00e1 estar en perfectas condiciones para su posterior venta, sin haber sido usado, en su embalaje original y con la documentaci\u00f3n original del mismo. No se aceptar\u00e1 la devoluci\u00f3n si el material o su envoltorio ha sido usado, manipulado y\/o presente alg\u00fan tipo de mancha o desperfecto.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">El material debe ser enviado por el <strong>DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO<\/strong> mediante su agencia de transportes a nuestras instalaciones (Toolhub\u00ae-Toolrack SL, C\/ Santa Isabel Nave D5 \u2013 29130 \u2013 Alhaur\u00edn de la Torre \u2013 M\u00e1laga), junto con la siguiente documentaci\u00f3n:\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">&#8211; B1.- Copia de la factura de compra.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">&#8211; B2.- Documento del <strong>DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO<\/strong> en el que se indique con claridad el motivo de la devoluci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">&#8211; B3.- Indicar claramente en el documento (B2), el nombre y el tel\u00e9fono de la persona de contacto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">El material devuelto deber\u00e1 estar inclu\u00eddo dentro de las referencias del cat\u00e1logo vigente que haya en el momento de la devoluci\u00f3n, independientemente de la fecha de la compra.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">En el caso de que el material no est\u00e9 incluido en el cat\u00e1logo vigente, el <strong>DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO<\/strong> tendr\u00e1 un plazo m\u00e1ximo de devoluci\u00f3n de <strong>DOS MESES<\/strong> a contar desde el d\u00eda 1 del mes en el que haya sido publicado el cat\u00e1logo vigente.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">En cualquier caso, los costes de env\u00edo de devoluci\u00f3n del material ser\u00e1n por cuenta del DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">En el caso en el que la devoluci\u00f3n sea por motivos de un error imputable a <strong>TOOLHUB\u00ae &#8211; TOOLRACK SL,<\/strong> los costes de env\u00edo del material ser\u00e1n a nuestro cargo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">No se aceptar\u00e1 devoluci\u00f3n de ning\u00fan material que no haya sido tramitado correctamente por un <strong>DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO.<\/strong> Es decir, la gesti\u00f3n de devoluci\u00f3n no debe hacerla bajo ning\u00fan concepto un cliente tercero.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">A la recepci\u00f3n del material devuelto y si \u00e9ste cumple todas las condiciones especificadas en los puntos anteriores, se proceder\u00e1 por parte de nuestro Servicio T\u00e9cnico (Abonos y Garant\u00edas) a realizar el abono del material recibido, mediante factura o albar\u00e1n de abono, teniendo en cuenta el mismo precio, descuentos y forma de pago en los que fue comprado el producto.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">En caso de que el material recibido en concepto de devoluci\u00f3n no cumpliera las exigencias expuestas en esta pol\u00edtica, el material ser\u00e1 devuelto de forma inmediata, siendo por cuenta del <strong>DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO<\/strong> los costes de los portes de devoluci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: left;\">Para cualquier duda o aclaraci\u00f3n al respecto de esta pol\u00edtica, pueden ponerse en contacto
